Retail Customers: Yes, we accept returns for unused/unworn products within 7–14 days of delivery (conditions apply).
B2B/OEM Clients: Since custom products are made to your specifications, they are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
Sampling: 1–2 weeks
Bulk Production: 4–6 weeks (depending on complexity and order size)
Our MOQs are flexible, depending on the product and fabric type. We support startups with smaller runs as well as established brands with larger volume needs.
